By downloading or using Winnow Photo Cleaner ("Winnow"), you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Winnow scans your photo library on your device and helps you review and remove items you choose. You are always in control: nothing is removed without your selection, your confirmation on the review screen, and the iOS system confirmation.
Items you remove are moved by iOS to the Recently Deleted album in the Photos app, where Apple keeps them recoverable for 30 days. After that period, the Photos app removes them permanently. Please review your selections carefully; you are responsible for what you choose to remove.
Winnow Pro is available as a one time lifetime purchase or an optional annual subscription, billed through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Purchases can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple Account.
Winnow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Detection features (duplicates, similarity, blur) are suggestions to help your review; always confirm your own selections before deleting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThrasherApps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including loss of photos you chose to remove after the 30 day recovery window.
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
