Side Work Tax is built privacy-first. All of your data stays on your device. This policy explains exactly how your information is handled.
None. Side Work Tax has no account, no login, no servers, and no analytics or advertising SDKs. We never see your income, expenses, or anything else you enter.
All income, expenses, income sources, settings, and quarterly payment records are stored only on your device using Apple's on-device database (SwiftData). The app does not transmit this data anywhere.
The only network connection the app makes is to Apple's App Store / StoreKit, to offer and verify the optional Pro purchase. These transactions are handled entirely by Apple; we never receive your payment details.
If you turn on quarterly reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. No notification data leaves your device.
The optional Pro export feature creates CSV/PDF files on your device and shares them only where you choose, via the standard iOS share sheet.
Side Work Tax does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
You can delete everything at any time from Settings → Delete all data, or by removing the app from your device.
