Help and answers for creating invoices, getting paid, and chasing overdue payments.
When you first open PaidUp, a quick setup asks for your business name, default currency, and (optionally) a payment link. You can change all of it later in Settings.
From the home screen, tap + New Invoice, choose or add a client, add line items (the total updates as you type), then Save as Draft or Save & Send to generate a PDF and share it.
PaidUp does not process payments. You add your own payment links or handles (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, bank details, and more) in Settings → Payment Links, and PaidUp prints them — plus a scannable QR code — on your invoice. Clients pay you directly through whichever method you prefer.
When an invoice passes its due date it's flagged Overdue and appears under "Needs a nudge" on the dashboard. With Pro, PaidUp also sends you a private, on-device notification on a schedule so you remember to follow up. PaidUp never messages your clients automatically — you review and send every reminder yourself.
Automated reminder schedules, custom logo and PDF templates, multiple payment links, deposits and late-fee fields, bulk CSV/PDF export, recurring invoices, and multi-currency. The free tier has no invoice limits — create and send as many as you like.
