LoopWatt is built to work in basements and mechanical rooms with zero connectivity, so it is offline and private by design. We collect nothing. This policy explains exactly how your information is handled.
None. LoopWatt has no account, no login, no servers, and no analytics or advertising SDKs. We never see your calculations, your site data, your device inventories, your inspection records, your forms, your photos, or anything else you do in the app.
Company, crew, and site profiles, device inventories, inspection and testing records, saved calculations, completed forms, photos, signatures, and generated PDFs are stored only on your device inside the app's own container. Deleting the app deletes them. Nothing is synced, uploaded, or backed up by us anywhere.
LoopWatt asks for camera access only when you attach a photo to a device test, a deficiency, or a form. Images are stored on your device and are never transmitted anywhere by the app.
LoopWatt can schedule local reminders as part of the impairment workflow, so a technician never leaves a system impaired. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on your device. Nothing about them leaves the phone.
When you email or share a PDF, the app hands the document to Apple Mail or the iOS share sheet, addressed to recipients you configured. That send happens only when you tap it; documents queued while offline wait in the outbox on your device until you choose to send them.
The app makes network connections in exactly one case: to Apple's App Store and StoreKit, to offer and verify the optional LoopWatt Pro purchase, which is handled entirely by Apple. We never receive payment details. There are no other connections, ever.
LoopWatt does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and post the revised policy here.
