Help and answers for logging migraines and finding your patterns.
When a migraine starts, open the app and tap Log a Migraine. That one tap starts an attack right away, with the start time set to now. You do not have to fill in anything else.
While the attack is in progress you can add intensity, symptoms, triggers, and relief whenever you feel up to it. When it passes, tap Mark Ended. A start and an end is already a useful record.
No. The whole point is fast logging. One tap records that an attack happened and when. Intensity, pain location, symptoms, triggers, relief, and notes are all optional, and you can add them during the attack or later, or never.
Logging is always free. That includes unlimited attacks, ongoing attack tracking, your full history, the calendar heatmap, and your basic monthly stats. We never lock your own records behind a paywall. Pro adds the deeper analysis: Insights and trigger correlations, cycle phase analysis, Apple Health correlations, doctor report PDFs, custom tags, and premium low light themes.
Pro is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription (the best value), or a one time Lifetime purchase. The exact prices are shown in the app on the Pro screen.
Insights (Pro) show observed patterns in your own logs: how often each trigger appears, your frequency trend over time, average duration and intensity, your most effective relief, and, if you track your cycle, how attacks fall across cycle phases. These are patterns in your data, not medical conclusions.
The doctor report (Pro) creates a clean PDF for a date range you choose, in two styles. The patient version lists full detail. The physician version focuses on the headache day frequency, acute medication use frequency with a neutral note, and a functional impact summary. You share it through the standard iOS share sheet.
Cycle tracking is optional and off until you turn it on. Hormonal shifts are a common migraine trigger, so if it is relevant to you, the app can factor menstrual cycle phase into your insights. You can enter cycle data yourself, or, with permission, let Apple Health fill it in.
Only if you allow it, and only to read. With permission, the app reads sleep, heart rate, and cycle data to enrich your correlations. It is read only, stays on your device, and is never written or transmitted. The app works fully without Health.
Yes, and it is off by default. A gentle daily check in helps you capture migraine free days so your frequency stats stay accurate. The reminder is a local notification on your device.
Completely. All your data stays on your device. There is no account, no login, no servers, no ads, and no analytics. See our Privacy Policy.
Open the Pro screen or Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Your Pro access is tied to your Apple Account.
Go to Settings, Delete all data to permanently remove everything, or simply delete the app.
Yes. Everything works offline except in app purchases, which need an internet connection.
