No. Every reference entry, calculator, decision tree, and form ships inside the app. Emails you send from the app queue in the Outbox while offline and go out when you find coverage.

What does the free tier include?

The full reference library with search, the voltage drop calculator, and unit conversions, free forever. Pro unlocks the complete calculator suite, all ten site forms with PDF export, the receipt tracker, and the guided troubleshooting trees.

How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?

Open Settings inside FieldWatt and tap Restore purchases while signed into the same Apple account. Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock both restore this way.

A fault code or brand I work with is missing.

The reference library grows with app updates, and requests from working technicians set the priority. Email the brand, model, and codes you want covered.

A calculator result seems off.

Open the worked steps under any result to see every intermediate value and the code citation. If something still looks wrong, email a screenshot of the steps; calculation reports are treated as the highest priority bug class. And remember: results are planning estimates that a qualified person verifies against the stamped design.
