StreakQuest grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
StreakQuest offers optional in-app purchases for virtual coins and streak freezes. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
All in-app purchases are final. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly through their standard refund process.
Virtual currency (coins) and items (streak freezes, themes) have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored within the app. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, theft, or user error.
StreakQuest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
The app is designed to help you track habits but makes no guarantees about your ability to form or maintain habits. Results depend on your individual effort and commitment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
